๐ Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Eirupskills Infotech LLP, we value transparency and professionalism in all our services. This policy outlines the terms regarding cancellations and refunds for the services we provide.
โ Cancellation Policy
- Projects can be canceled within 3 days of the agreement or payment, provided no development work has started.
- Once project development has begun, cancellation will be subject to deduction of the hours worked and any tools or assets purchased.
- If a client becomes unresponsive for 14+ days, the project may be marked as on hold or canceled with no refund.

- No full refunds will be provided once a phase of the project has been completed or delivered.
- Partial refunds may be issued if:
- The project is canceled early, and significant work is pending.
- We fail to deliver within the mutually agreed timeline (unless delays are caused by the client).
- Refunds are not applicable on:
- Design services once delivered
- Ready-made app purchases or licenses
- Monthly maintenance services already rendered
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@eirupskillsinfotech.shop and will be processed within 7โ10 business days.
